◼ The papaya is another tropical fruit, which we are
already used to seeing in the fruit shops. It is a fruit rich in vitamin C; it
is tasty and favors the digestive
process and the bowel transit. In fact, it is for this benefit on bowel transit
the reason why it has increased its consumption.
◼ Among my friends, it is very common that they tell me that
they eat a piece of papaya for breakfast. The funny thing is that when a fruit
becomes fashionable, people forget that we have many others that are locally
produced and are equally efficient.
And this is owing to the fact that they aren´t used to
eating fresh fruits and vegetables.
